1 hour treatment: $100
1 ½ hour treatment: $145
All applicable taxes are included in the above fee schedule.
Payment may be made by Cash, personal cheque, Visa or Mastercard.
Upon payment of your treatment you will be issued a receipt that may be submitted for insurance purposes.
Appointments are available from Tuesday to Saturday between 12:00pm and 9:00pm.
An additional $25.00 charge may be added to the initial treatment if a full assessment is required prior to the massage.
Clients using extended heath care benefits are required to make payment in full. A receipt will be given upon payment for the massage, and will include my registration number, which will allow you to claim the massage under your extended health care plan. It is your responsibility to submit the receipt to your insurance company for reimbursement. Please be advised that in some extended health care plans, a note from a medical doctor might be required in order for you to have access to your massage therapy coverage.
Direct billing through me without payment can be arranged if you are a Blue Cross member or if you are a veteran registered with Veterans Affairs Canada. Direct billing is also available to those who are being treated for injuries covered by an insurance company in circumstances related to claims such as a motor vehicle accident.
